Kapalinová chromatografie ve spojení s detektorem typu trojitý kvadrupól (LC/MS/MS) představuje univerzální analytickou instrumentaci vhodnou pro široké spektrum aplikací nejen z oblasti klinické biochemie. Charakteristické vlastnosti LC/MS/MS jsou vysoká citlivost, selektivita, rychlost a univerzálnost. Práce bude zahrnovat validaci metody stanovení steroidních a tyroidních hormonů, jejich prekurzorů a metabolitů na systému kapalinové chromatografie s tandemovou hmotností spektrometrií (2DLC/MS/MS) bez extrakce. Tato metoda je originálně vyvíjena na pracovišti 1. LF UK.

Liquid chromatography triple quadrupole mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) is a universal analytical instrumentation usable for large spectrum applications not only in clinical chemistry. For the LC/MS/MS system is typical high sensitivity, specificity and universality. The analysis of endogenous hormones and their metabolites will be done on this system.The work will include the validation of methods for the determination of steroid and thyroid hormones, their precursors and metabolites using system liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (2D LC / MS / MS) without extraction. This method is originally developed in the workplace of the First Faculty of Medicine.
